This tool safeguards a vinyl disc label during washing. While it may not be waterproof, its design doesn't require this feature. The central hole measures 6.3 mm in diameter. To assemble the protector, you'll need specific hardware: a nut, a bolt, and two washers. Additionally, two 4mm o-rings are required. I found larger o-rings initially but cut them to fit snugly within the groove (approximately 108mm long).
