Vinyl Transfer Tape Roller

Big Part is basic half inch thick, requiring two identical halves for proper use, so print one and mirror the other to create matching parts that can be assembled again. To suspend transfer tape above a flat surface, apply it to vinyl text or graphics by placing the upper hole of the roll adapter in line with the center of the tape roller. The vertical threaded hole is designed for a 5/16 - 18 threaded rod, which I used along with an all-thread option to ensure a secure fit. It's essential to clean this hole thoroughly before inserting the rod. The clamp top and knob are also 5/16 - 18 threaded, serving as locking mechanisms for the big part of the clamp. To assemble the device, insert the threaded rod through the big part first, followed by the clamp top. I used a 5/16 - 18 nut as a jam nut against the knob to prevent it from coming loose during operation. The tape roller is designed to fit standard rolls of transfer tape available in most markets, unless otherwise noted. However, if you find yourself struggling to fit the roller into the tube, it may be due to an issue with the tubing itself, rather than the roller. In such cases, cutting out the end of the tube might be necessary to achieve a secure fit. To optimize your printing experience, I recommend using a print speed of 40 mm/s and an infill percentage of 10%. Additionally, consider adjusting your adhesion settings to ensure proper bonding between layers.
