Remixed version to allow horizontal labels with full text instead of one letter. I made the OpenSCAD file more customizable. You'll want to fit TAG_WIDTH to the word you're using. I included the Google Font Permanent Marker which gives it a record store kinda vibe. Use supports for the clipping part and print flat side on bed. Color the text with a felt tip marker (sharpie or something). Choose a lower infill for flexibility.
