Vinyl player dustcover stand
thingiverse
Friends have an old school vinyl record player gathering dust on a shelf. There isn't enough space to lift the dusty cover completely, so it can't stand on its own legs anymore. Putting records on this device has become a chore for those who used it regularly. This small hack can make things better now. Instructions are below. Print out two things: a "platpoot" and a "pootje 90mm". A "pootje 140mm" can be an option as well. Next, use a 3 mm drill to create holes in them Finish the job by sliding a piece of 3 mm filament into the new holes.
