Holder is designed to work seamlessly with the black Mimaki blade holder for vinyl cutters and plotters. The printed blade holder unit can be easily modified to accommodate various brands including Mimaki, Roland, XACTO, and generic blades. This mount is fully compatible with all 3D printers that share the RepRap Prusa i3 X-Carriages! A convenient mount converter enables compatibility with XCarve and ShapeOKO X-Carriages as well. Multiple designs are available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1919245 For those using X-Carve or ShapeOKO carriage, the upper plate holes are positioned 58.4mm apart when measured from their inner edges. By adding this holder to your 3D printer, you can quickly and easily convert it into a vinyl cutter! The blade holder was updated at VER2, with a size reduction of 4.3% for improved performance. We based the dummy holder's dimensions on measurements found online - specifically, the collar on the blade holder measures approximately 15mm across (7.5dia).
