I recently found a refurbished model of an old vice in a drawer of my tool cabinet. It's a compact size compared to a standard sheet of mm-paper, as you can see in one of my renderings. Notes confirm that all threaded M6 x 1 bolts were designed with precise measurements and without any clearance for added accuracy. In order to achieve smooth inner threading, I utilized the "Cut Out" feature in assembly design. Since die casting requirements weren't considered, draft angles aren't present in the model. To optimize the workflow, the models of threaded spindle heads, winged screws, and rotary handles included partial simplification. You can find the fully assembled model available for download in STEP format (.stp).
