Vintage_RailCar REMIX - MOTORIZED G-Scale/45 mm

BouncyMonkey published an outstanding vintage railcar some time ago. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3106584 features 36 mm tracks.\r\nI have REDESIGNED his model to G-Scale track (45 mm) and I've added RC-control.\r\n\r\nUPDATE 15FEB2019:\r\nAll new files and summary ! The initial version drove too slow and difficult to set up correctly.\r\n \r\nThe original parts are partly combined, enlarged to 125%, and modified where required to motorize the railcar. \r\n\r\nThe drive frame, motor details and lower cross members are combined into one item.\r\nThe axles are M3 threaded rods, running in F623ZZ bearings (3.0 mm i.d.).\r\nA mount for the motor is created behind the rear axle. \r\nI fitted a small geared motor. (300 RPM, 6V, 10.0x12.0x30.0 mm) These motors are available for ~$4 on ebay, ali, gearbest, banggood, etc... (see picture)\r\nThe motor drives a gear fitted to the rear wheel. The other axles are driven by rubber bands on pulleys.\r\nThe upper cross bar is adjusted to allow the rubber bands to rotate properly. \r\nIt is advised NOT to glue the frame side panels to the frame. You want to be able to take them off in case a rubber band must be replaced. (I drilled 2 mm holes through the side panels and the frame and used nails as a temporary fixture).\r\nTap M3 thread in the wheels and pulleys, and glue them together and to the axles using CA-glue.\r\n\r\nThe motor gear is too big. Some material has to be taken from the rear buffer. \r\n\r\nThe RC-receiver and the ESC (~$4, for brushed motor, without brake, source: banggood) are fitted under the seat and under the crate. The battery and an on/off-switch have found a place in the crate.\r\n\r\nThe instructions to build this wonderful railcar are 99.99% identical to the clear pdf by BouncyMonkey.
