Version 2 Servo Mount for Short Wheelbase JRX-2 This Version 2 Servo Mount is specifically designed for the short wheelbase JRX-2. The mount utilizes 4-40 x1-3/8 socket head cap screws, which are actually stock Losi LRM transmission screws, as a retaining bar to secure a Puretech-style velcro mount in place. To accommodate modern battery packs, this Version 2 Servo Mount comes equipped with a shim for the rear assembly. You can find more details on this shim in my other listings. Unlike some servo mounts that require tape or adhesives, this version uses only stock holes and relies solely on 4-40 screws to secure it firmly in place. The forward battery cup holes have been modified to provide an extra length of screw space for modern battery packs. I've put the test rig through its paces, and I can attest that this mount has prevented those pesky "oops not there" patterns from occurring in the past. By mounting the servo 4mm above the chassis plate, you'll enjoy plenty of clearance for large, strong servo savers. Additionally, this Version 2 Servo Mount raises the steering posts by 1mm off the plate, which helps prevent ball ends on the rack from digging into the plate – a common issue that can cause problems down the line.
