This is a Vintage Portable Television made by Hitochi in 1980. I've intentionally misspelled Hitochi to avoid any copyright issues. It was modeled and UV'd in 3ds Max, then textured in Substance Painter. I closely matched the original texture with some slight topology differences due to its unique structure. The model was created using the "Quick Start to Modeling.. Vol 4" course as a guide, but I took it upon myself to completely re-UV the entire model and then texture it in Substance Painter. During the UV process, I noticed an enormous amount of extra geometry that wasn't even visible or used, so I removed all excess geometry and saved around 65,000 polygons. The main reason for this large number of polys is because the teacher chose to model this with turbosmooth instead of OpenSubdiv. This particular variant has some noticeable wear and tear signs, indicating someone must have been using it extensively over time. Some text is fading, possibly due to being left outside or exposed to harsh weather conditions. [Model Statistics] Polys: 196,120 Tris: 392,240 Verts: 201,743
