The template is working for custom text also. Please adjust the Z height accordingly in printer editor (Cura etc.). The default height is: 3 mm outer area, 2mm inner area and 4mm text. To change the text, please open the "vintage copoun.f3d" file in fusion 360 app and change the text in sketches -> the fusion will then automatically regenarate new bodies for you.
