Vintage ceiling pendant lamp for old-fashioned spaces. This lamp consists of a matte glass bowl with two transparent decorative stripes, and a brass holder suspended to its canopy on three sturdy arms. In reality, the arms are essentially pipes (7.8 millimeters in diameter) that route all the wires needed to power the light source through them. The lamp features extra decorative details on the bottom of the canopy, on top of the holder, and below the glass cloche. General information: All the meshes are parented to the canopy object, making it essential to use it as a handler when performing transformations to the entire model. No texture files are required since all parts of the model utilize procedural materials. Each model has real-world scale, with the glass holder measuring approximately 35 centimeters in diameter (the arms add some extra width) and the entire lamp standing at about 34 centimeters tall. The glass cloche (shade) of the lamp can be configured to use two different materials for the matte glass - white_glass and matte_glass. The latter produces a more realistic result, transmits more light, and generates less noise in cycles renderer. It is highly recommended to employ high sampling rates and a denoiser. Both matte glass materials are not intended for use with eevee render engine. The light source in this scene is emitted by the ligh_bulb object. Switch to wireframe mode, click the ligh bulb, and edit the incandescent light material if you need brighter or dimmer light or a different light temperature (color). If your model takes up only a small portion of the rendering frame, you can reduce the number of subdivisions for each part. To place the lamp in your scene, simply append the lamp collection.
