Vintage camera Sharp is a replica of the iconic Leica II. In 1934, a replica of the Leica II was manufactured in Kharkiv at the Felix Edmundovich Dzerzhinsky Factory for Working People, later known as the Kharkiv Machine Building Plant FED. The name "FED" is an acronym honoring Soviet leader Felix Edmundovich Dzerzhinsky. After the Great Patriotic War, technical documentation for the camera was transferred to the Krasnogorsky Mechanical Plant. Since 1948, cameras began rolling off the production line in Krasnogorsk, a nearly exact copy of the first FED model. Initially dubbed "FED" with the KMZ logo, these early Krasnogorsk cameras were later renamed "Zorky" in 1950. This highly detailed model boasts an impressive 224,345 polygons.
