I crafted a vintage-style enclosure for an LED squirrel cage bulb using Fusion 360, then sliced it to perfection with Cura. The design fits snugly into a standard E27 bulb holder and is tailored specifically for Edison-style T45 Teardrop LED light bulbs. It measures approximately 70mm in diameter by 100mm in length. Next, I brought the enclosure to life by 3D printing it in crisp white PLA. To add an extra layer of depth, I applied a single coat of etching primer followed by two coats of smooth matt black spray paint.
