Simplified the original design for the HUTTEN rack by Wolfbrother. Prints quickly, and doesn't care too much about layer height. I printed mine in 11 minutes at 0.5mm with a 0.8mm nozzle. Holds bottles with no issue when printed with PLA. Use PETG if you're concerned about bending.
