This is a test-pose of a blockout of a character concept I'm designing. In the render, the camera will be looking at the character walking away from us. The goal is to craft an October challenge that results in a movie monster promo poster with sculpted characters. A key rule for this project is that the monster needs to interact with something in a meaningful way. I've chosen to base my poster loosely on the 1959 movie, The Wasp Woman, but I'm deviating considerably from their original concept. In my design, the monster will be a were-wasp capable of transforming into a seductive human form to lure unsuspecting victims to their doom. These victims serve not only as nourishment for her, but also as hosts for her eggs.
