Villa from south of France

This model is a precise replica of a house situated in the southeast of France, in the region known as "Provence". The product includes all components of the scene, present in various presentation images. The components are: - The house with internal and external elements. - The ground featuring grass (Cortaderia selloana). - Lavande. - Pampa grass. - Cypress trees. - Olive trees. I modeled the tiles without using dedicated software. Instead, I used a single piece to create them in the traditional "Romane" style, which is typical of the region. The tiles were then duplicated and placed on a wooden skeleton, just like in real houses. The house and vegetation are stored in separate archives to prevent overloading the main scene. No additional plugins or special render engines are required; simply unzip and render. All materials and textures are included in each archive. Here is the poly count for each component: - House with all components: 697,674 polygons, 369,835 vertices. - Ground with grass: 441,264 polygons, 293,157 vertices. - Lavande: 342,000 polygons, 181,000 vertices. - Cypress trees: 1,072,080 polygons, 556,842 vertices. - Olive trees: 1,567,632 polygons, 813,826 vertices. - Pampa grass: 100,8648 polygons, 625,936 vertices.
