I created the model in 3ds Max 2020, exporting it as a .obj and .fbx file. All preview images were rendered using V-ray. No special plugins are required to open the scene. The model is built to real-world scale, utilizing centimeters as units. It's an A Villa Home with various materials and textures applied. The design is intended for exterior use only.
