Vileda Bottle Holder
thingiverse
The bottle holding clip on my Vileda had become dry and brittle over time, eventually popping out right after clicking the bottle in place and causing the bracket to break. It's been over two years now since I've had to hold the bottle down to spray, which was getting tiresome. To solve this problem, I designed a new clip and spent several hours printing it, with the first few prints not fitting quite right. After six hours of design and printing, I finally got a functional, highly structural, and solid clip. I'm sharing this with you in the hopes that it will help someone else who's been struggling with this issue. It took me two years to come up with a solution because I couldn't find one already available. Here is my contribution: a custom-designed bottle holding clip for your Vileda. I printed the part at 0.3mm resolution, which was more than sufficient since it's not a visible component. The resulting clip is very strong and should withstand normal use without any issues. If you're planning to print one yourself, I recommend using PETG material, printing at 0.3mm layers, and setting the infill to 100%.
