Viking sword modeled to exact proportions of an authentic Viking sword, crafted with meticulous attention to detail in cm. Highly detailed normal maps and texture are applied based on a custom vector illustration created by myself. This project is built entirely within Blender, utilizing the internal renderer for seamless performance and fast rendering times. A total of 12,789 faces make up the sword's surface, with subsurface modeling enabled to achieve maximum realism. Additionally, 927 faces remain uncomplicated, devoid of subdivision surface processing. The model has been exported in a convenient .obj format, allowing for effortless importation into other applications. This project was developed using Blender 2.79, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance on the latest systems.
