I've tailored the model for top performance, utilizing good topology and optimizing polycount considerations. Created in Blender with a focus on efficiency and speed, the textures were crafted in Substance Painter, delivering PBR textures with resolutions reaching up to 4K. Details: This model features 3024 triangles and 1796 vertices. It's available in FBX, OBJ, and DAE formats and boasts dimensions of 25.4cm in width, 5cm in depth, and 77.7cm in height. The topology is optimized for performance, making it suitable for game engines. High-quality unwrapped maps (UW) are included, maximizing texel density without wasted space. A single material with accompanying textures offers flexibility for PBR Metallic/Roughness workflows as well as Specular/Glossiness and Normal Maps tailored for Directx and OpenGL environments. For added convenience, textures are available in 4k, 2k, and 1k resolutions to cater to Unreal Engine 4 and Unity 3D.
