Viking Helmet

This Viking helmet comprises two fundamental components, namely, the helmet base and the visor. I successfully printed the helmet base without any supporting structures. In contrast, the visor required additional supports during the printing process. Following this, I attached the visor to the helmet base using glue, taking care to ensure proper alignment, as depicted in the accompanying photographs. Head size: approximately 57 cm - The helmet features an inner lining of foam cushions for added comfort and support. To achieve a secure fit, it is essential to scale both parts proportionally (base and visor) according to your individual head measurements.
