Viking Dragon Bracelet
thingiverse
This is a Viking dragon charm. Credit: It is a remix of my remix of ekul3e3's "Swirly Charm" and of my dragon heads. Files: There are two different versions: Originial Version: • Viking Charm: the charm by itself. • Viking Charm with Experimental Supports: the charm with three supports I added via Meshmixer. A Slimmer Version: This is sized the same as the other charm. What's different: the swirly part of the charm is thinner. The dragon heads are smaller. The very back horns are removed. The front whisker/ horn things are thicker in comparison to the heads. • Viking Charm Slim Version: the slim charm by itself. • Viking Charm Slim Version with Experimental Supports: the slim charm with three supports I added via Meshmixer. How to put it on: You can bend the charm a little, but it's best you do not bend it as you will fatigue the plastic and it will eventually snap. Check out this video by Professor Rex on how to properly put one on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kq0SRmpiV4k Featured images of the one I printed: I printed both the original and slim versions using wood filament and the experimental supports. Both were stained with wood stainer. Wrist Size: This was designed for a wrist 2.75 inches in diameter by 2 inches in diameter. You may need to scale it accordingly. Adjusting the distance between the heads: You can use a hairdryer/ heat gun to warm the charm and bend the heads closer/ farther apart to your liking. Infill: I would suggest a high level of infill for this charm. It's worth the extra plastic and time to give it more strength and resistance.
