Viking Brooch
thingiverse
This brooch is modeled after the 11th-century Ringerike Disk from Gotland, Sweden. Any enthusiast of Thulean culture would eagerly print two if they still existed today. A version with a base is available that can be printed without supports. Parasolids are included for download to enjoy. On January 9th, I added the Brooch2.STEP file. This smaller design is intended specifically for SLA printing to create a wax part for investment casting. I created one in pewter, resulting in a stunning collector's piece. Unfortunately, the STL weighed in at over 290MB, so it wasn't posted.
With this file you will be able to print Viking Brooch with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Viking Brooch.
