Here is a mounting system for the Panucatt Devices VIKI 2.0 LCD. The mounting system is designed specifically to attach to Prusa i3, utilizing one of the Z top rod mount holes. To secure the system, you will need to drill three holes into the frame for the other bolts. The LCD itself sits atop a sturdy frame, and the brackets are attached to the back of this frame. To ensure a snug fit, it is recommended that you tap the holes in the brackets. Alternatively, you can create threads by forcing screws into place and allowing them to form their own threads. The mounting system relies on captive nuts, which are securely embedded within the mount holes that attach the brackets to the printer frame. This provides added stability and reliability. To assemble this design, you will need printed files, as well as eight 20mm M3 bolts and four M3 nuts. Washers are optional, but can be used for added support if desired.
