videowall
thingiverse
Little background:I've got 9 old Samsung 943BM monitors for free (they were headed to the waste dump). So since I've always wanted to build a videowall I decided to search for some VESA mountings here on thingiverse and meanwhile I started debezeling the monitors... just to discover that the VESA supports are in the bezel plastic, so I had to project supports from scratch. Here are the .scad and .stl files which I've made for exactly this model of monitor (which is an LCD 19" in 5:4 aspect ratio), they may or may not fit other monitors, I just provide everything because it may be useful for other people as a base to look at to build their own cheap videowall. To print less and do it faster, I've used 20mm PVC tubes cut to 20cm lenght, and 35mm aluminium tubes cut to 1m lenght. All the rest is printed in PETG, I've used M6 and M8 nuts/bolts to lock the back tube and feed, and 3x25mm wood screws to fix the PVC tubes.
With this file you will be able to print videowall with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on videowall.
