video transmitter fixation bracket for IRIS plus
thingiverse
FPV transmitter can become extremely hot, making it difficult for the bond/tape to hold up well. If it falls, you may be in for a frustrating day. To prevent this, I designed a lightweight fixation bracket that keeps the transmitter securely in place. Simply insert the transmitter inside and secure it with two-sided tape (optional - it should work fine even without). Then, clip the bracket under one of your IRIS plus' legs and take to the skies! Remember to print it in ABS, not PLA. I added a 0.5mm thick aluminum sheet as a heat dissipator on mine, but my transmitter is just a regular BOSCAM 600mW. Note: I recently updated the design with an additional 2nd version that features thicker clamps and a bottom part for improved grip.
