Summary Work in Progress I created a substitute cleaning piece for my Vidalia Onion Chopper. The spikes line up poorly when using the item in a specific position, but it works fine if you approach from the other side. You have three options: use this design if your original cleaning tool is missing, purchase a replacement one, or design your own.
