This is my first attempt at constructing something from my imagination. I measured my favorite pint glasses exterior width. Which came out to 88mm, plus I wanted 2mm walls, so the exterior width is 92mm. Then I just winged it on the rest. I wanted my logo engraved on the top, so that was a depth of 3mm; and I gave myself another 2mm for something. The middle layer is 5mm, and then finally the Sexy Sexy stands 3mm embossed with the overall lid rim being 5mm. For a total grand height of 15mm. Seems good so far. Printed the first one, and it is liquid tight, no beer spillage!
