This is my second 3D print project. Scale: 1/35 Length: 730mm Width: 174mm The various hull sections can be aligned with thin metal rods or pipes, measuring 6mm in diameter. A M4x10x5 threaded brass insert has been designed for the propeller. Both a normal rudder and a ducted propeller can be used to build the ship. A M3 threaded insert is required for the ducted propeller version. I encountered difficulties joining the pieces together, due to excessive warping of the printed parts. Printing large thin walls in PETG without an enclosure appears to be challenging. A mold in 1/87 scale has been printed, allowing for lamination of a hull.
