This Victron SmartShunt enclosure/cover protects against accidental short circuits and physical damage. Designed specifically for the 500A/50mV Victron SmartShunt (Bluetooth, without physical display) for a snug fit and optimal protection. Accepts wire of any gauge (AWG) coming out from the back of the shunt. Remove the mounting screws and the wires/connectors from the shunt. Slide down the enclosure over the shunt:2. Install the mounting screws and connect the wires to the shunt:3. The cover uses friction-fit over the two M10 screws to stay in place:4. To install the cover, simply slide it over the two M10 screws: FilamentShunts can get very hot so I recommend PC (polycarbonate) for high temperature resistance.
