The VIctory 9 mobility scooter has an LED battery gauge that is almost blinding at night. This cover mounts to the curved top of the steering yoke with a good, double-sided tape. Cover flips up to allow you to see the gauge and back down to save your vision. Flap will fit either side up. but only one way will cover properly. Test fit before seating hinge pin all the way in.
