Pack of Victorian-Era building assets from the 1880s (San Francisco, UK etc.) A large set of bay windows, porches, entrances and a vault of textures / material instances, easy to edit (color) to create many variations. Martin flew all the way from London to San Francisco to come back with the inspiration to create these Victorian-Era assets for you, and his attention to detail is what makes them stand out. This set of baywindow-styles made by our talented UK-Based artist Martin (40 meshes including background walls for demonstrative purposes) with options for modular combinations will make the ideal addition for your ArchVis or game projects set in the Victorian age or modern day San Francisco. All the objects are lightmapped, and, although they are mostly meant for outside use, the two-sided main textures will allow you to enter the bay windows from rooms if you desire it. LODs included - trees, custom sky, bridge not included (we'll help you find those for free if you wish). Our hardware target is VR / lower-midrange and/or other lowpoly applications. Texture resolutions are 4k for all baywindows and larger props, and they each come with 4 LODs. Collisions are auto-generated via decomposition, brick and background images are CC0. Please let us have your feedback so we can improve the pack!
