Victorian Microscope - Low Poly
sketchfab
I'm working with 3D Max, Substance Painter, and Photoshop. This is another low-poly piece on a game-ready object. The normal map looks good to me, and the poly count is manageable. With more practice using separate layers, I think I can tackle hard surface modeling effectively. My model was based on the first image of a Victorian microscope I found online. Next up, I want to focus on getting a better feel for roughness and metallic textures. Overall, I'm satisfied with my progress so far. It's clear that there's still much for me to learn – after all, I've come to realize how little I actually know. Any constructive feedback or suggestions for improvement would be appreciated.
