Working on a Victorian-inspired project in Unreal for my last school assignment was an absolute blast. The silk part of the project was particularly enjoyable, as I aimed to give it an aged look that would transport viewers back in time. However, creating this model under tight deadlines was a daunting task, especially considering my usual pace and the high quality standards I set for myself. Despite these challenges, I successfully sculpted the model in Zbrush, retopologized it in Maya, and textured it with Quixel, resulting in a visually stunning piece that exceeded my expectations.
