This shell is actually a miniature dollhouse scaled down to 1/12 of the real thing, which is known as the Garfield by Greenleaf. Typically, you'd pay $269 for this dollhouse, but that's far beyond my budget. If anyone out there has some creativity, I bet they could whip up an interior for it. One area where the details are lacking is the porch - it needs a good detailing to give it life. As for the windows and doors, they're components that can be moved or swapped out if needed. I came across a picture of this exact shell on miniatures.com, which was how I discovered its existence. When it comes to this particular dollhouse model, you'll notice that the rear walls are intentionally missing, making it perfect for someone to show off their decorating skills.
