This 3D model originated with Sketchup 8, before being successfully converted into various other 3D formats. The native format is .skp, while the 3ds Max scene utilized in this project is compatible with the 2016 version of the software, with rendering facilitated by Vray 3.00. A distinctive victorian shell has been recreated from one housed in BmrCT's impressive collection, and a special thank you is extended to BmrCT for granting permission to adapt their original work. Upon entering the home, visitors will immediately notice the stairs leading up, situated just to the right of the entranceway. Adjacent to these steps is a cozy dining room, flanked on the opposite side by an inviting living space featuring a beautiful window seat. In the rear of the structure lies the well-appointed kitchen area. Strategically positioned in the center, this room can accommodate a stylish round breakfast table. Tucked neatly into one corner of the kitchen is a compact powder room, adjacent to which resides a bifold pantry perfect for storage needs. Furthermore, access to the basement level and servant's stairway – reminiscent of bygone eras – are situated in the rear section of the property. Interestingly, these stairs bypass those located beneath the primary staircase. Conveniently situated just off the main stairwell is a thoughtful coat closet. Meanwhile, upstairs boasts an impressive three bedrooms as well as one tasteful bathroom area. Directly above the front door stands a lovely gothic window and adjoined to it is a snug sitting nook – an ideal spot for relaxation. Although the aesthetic features have undergone several updates, visitors can easily notice these subtle differences when compared to the original design. New windows have either been incorporated or old ones strategically removed. Cosmetic redos were also implemented on both porch areas, while interior elements were meticulously tidied up prior to construction. Prior renovations even saw a striking great chimney, once supporting an ancient wood-burning stove, transformed by having it bricked off in favor of modernizing with a sleek stainless steel gas range. Even as there remains room for continued refinement of aesthetic elements from time to time, the model appears robust and effectively executed overall!
