This 3D model was originally crafted using Sketchup 8 and then transformed into every other 3D format available. Its native file type is .skp, with the 3ds Max scene rendered using Vray 3.00. Minus the turret, this design wouldn't have even remotely resembled Victorian style architecture. However, by combining the massing elements working together with the turret, window treatments, bays, porch, shingles, and ornate colors, it achieves an incredibly impressive Victorian facade. To get straight to the point, let's cut to the chase. The house is a spacious 3 bedroom, single bathroom residence, reflecting typical characteristics of Sears homes which originally had only one bathroom. This beautiful abode also features a full basement that can be accessed from either the pantry or the back. Kit home models often showed modified versions such as new kitchens or bathrooms; not this one - here you get to see an authentic original version with no alterations. A striking feature worth mentioning is the presence of decorative chair rail in the dining room, paneling below and wallpaper above.
