This 3D model originates from Sketchup 8 before getting converted into all other available formats. The native file is in .skp, while 3dsmax scene uses 3ds Max 2016 and is rendered with Vray 3.00. This Second Empire mansion shines as the crown jewel of my entire collection. I could devote an entire day to detailing its wonders but I want to keep things concise, so I'll simply state that it has 5 spacious bedrooms - the one on the third floor can also be used as a bonus room - and 4.5 lavish bathrooms. From the entrance hall, you can see the elegant living room on the right and the charming parlor (complete with fireplace) to the left. The grand living area boasts impressive windows, an eye-catching ceiling, and the majestic staircase with a vibrant red carpet flowing down its center. As this beautiful structure stands proud in the open space, there would be no need for the back stairs, which would merely waste precious space. On the opposite side of the mansion lies the cozy guest suite with bright yellow walls, situated front and center, while the opulent master suite takes center stage as well, featuring a one-of-a-kind octagonal nook along with a rich wood and plaster ceiling that exudes style and sophistication. The ornate Victorian house boasts 12 dormers, an imposing tower, three sprawling decks, high ceilings reaching 13 feet in some areas, numerous closets providing ample storage space, intricately designed decorative ceilings, majestic cornices adding an extra layer of elegance, beautifully arched doorways leading the way to new experiences, a well-organized basement found under the staircase - yes, you read that right - and countless other elements making this house truly special. Please be aware that the windows are split into separate components in order to prevent overloading of the file; it's recommended to disable line profiles for an optimal viewing experience.
