Victor Feneşiu was born in Faget, Timis county. After completing his primary education in his hometown, he went on to study at the Commercial School in Timisoara, where he became deeply involved in the national political movement in Banat and actively participated in the Grand National Assembly held on December 1, 1918 in Alba Iulia. This object is part of the "Scan The World" initiative.
