Vice Stop

Vice Stop

Use this vice stop on your milling machine to save valuable setup time. It clamps right onto the jaw, allowing you to remove parts or fixtures with ease and place them back in their original position. Print two parts with the holes facing up. First, tap 10-24 into the center hole of one part (it helps to dip the tap in water beforehand) and ream the two outer holes to .1865”. Then, ream all three holes on the second part to .1885” or larger for a snug fit. You'll need the following hardware: one SHCS 10-24 x 1.250” long and two dowel pins at .1875 (3/16”) x 1.00” long. Feel free to modify this design as you see fit. Follow me on Thingiverse @ Mkegadgets, Facebook @ Mkegadets, or YouTube @ Mkegadgets for more updates. See you tomorrow!
