Vice mini - 1x

This is my first design for a 3D printed machine vice. The second version, Vice 2X mini, with a more detailed description, can be found here. Its overall dimensions are length 150 mm, width 80 mm, and height 40 mm. The span measures 60 mm. You can adjust the clamping jaws in various angles and swap them out for other designs to achieve individual adjustment. The three large parts are filled with resin to make the vice heavier and more stable; however, this step is optional. All other details are visible in the accompanying pictures.
