I created this a while back for clamping 50mmx50mm oogoo molds together. It works fantasticly well for that purpose and I hope someone might find it useful for their own projects. It did take quite a bit of swearing and sanding to get the threads working smoothly, but I eventually got it to work and still use it today. Happy printing! Thanks for looking. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 30% Post-Printing I sanded the threaded bit between the threads to clear away all unnecessary plastic. Then I worked the mechanism over and over until it screwed in and out easily. I only went until I felt resistance and then backed it off. Fair warning: This process took a while, but bad TV will make this process more enjoyable!
