To create space for a "Multi Tap" transformer design, I developed adjustable end caps that allow control over core gap. The design also features an experimental 'Inductive Coupling' bobbin for Chokes. A spacer Jig ensures precision when assembling and gluing pieces together. An unfinished automated coil winder is visible in the image, which can be customized further. Additionally, quick chuck adaptors enable winding on a mini lathe; align a 608 bearing with the lathe point and secure with a jaws-chucked adaptor. For added durability, consider inserting a metal component inside the bobbin.
