This is a straightforward setup for your flight controllers. Print it out using TPU or other flexible filament. It's designed to utilize heat press threaded inserts like McMaster's part number 94180A331. I've added a file for creating a TPU/PLA dual extruded version, which will enable a complete 3D printed damper. I successfully tested the merge in Cura, and it was frustrating to get the offset correct in the STL model. Doing the dual print merge proved to be a challenge.
