Vibration-dampening motor mounts for 22xx stator size brushless outrunners featuring a standard 34mm diameter bolt pattern mounting system are available. These motor mounts can be customized with generic 9.2mm OD plastic propshaft adapter rings as spacers and M2.5 or M3 hardware. Weight of the motor mount is approximately 4 to 8 grams, depending on specific details. A Vibration-dampening motor mount version 2 is currently in development, but requires additional support for printing. Print Settings: Supported: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill Percentage: 10-80% Notes: For optimal layer adhesion, print the motor mounts at a higher temperature range of your filament. By adjusting wall thickness, infill pattern and percentage, various levels of vibration isolation can be achieved. The exact level of isolation depends on the chosen filament and amount of damping required. As a general rule, using less material results in greater vibration isolation but reduced motor mount rigidity. It is recommended to use threadlock and balance propellers for optimal performance.
