I designed these custom vibration dampers specifically for my Anycubic I3 Mega printer, and the results have been nothing short of remarkable. With these added to my setup, the printer now runs with a much quieter operation, accompanied by a substantial decrease in vibration levels. This significant reduction in motion translates directly into less ghosting, making each print job more accurate and precise. The stands themselves are crafted at a height of 30mm, utilizing TPU as the primary material - an excellent choice due to its unique combination of flexibility and robustness. To maximize the effectiveness of these dampers, I recommend printing them with a 5% infill setting, allowing for optimal balance between structural integrity and print speed.
