Vibration damper for Tenlog TL-D3Pro
thingiverse
I recently printed feet for a Bambu Lab A1 for a friend. He said that these feet dampen almost 50% of the vibrations. Since my Tenlog causes my IKEA Lack table to vibrate at high speeds, I adapted these feet for my Tenlog. I had already used the feet from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5231960, but they hardly caused any vibrations, which was probably due to incorrect pressure settings; they were very hard despite the TPU fillament. These feet not only remove vibrations and oscillations, but also acoustically decouple the printer from the surface, which means, at least it feels, that it is now much quieter.I used standard TPU as the filament, TPE is probably a bit better. Filling 10% and filling pattern Gyroid. The feet sit very tightly on the original feet, so they do not need to be screwed.I created 2 versions, one with a tear-off tab and one without, because TPU is very difficult to remove from the Pei print bed. The tab made it much easier.
