Vibration damper for Flight Controller

Made this vibration dampening for a controller card. It's just a couple of "cups" with a hole for an M3 screw and a yellow ear protection foam cut to desired length. They are glued together with epoxy so the screw won't turn and the foam stays in place. One of the cups has a raised boss on the screw side because some boards have surface-mounted components soldered near the mounting holes. It works perfectly.
