Vibrating Saddle

After successfully repairing and rebuilding multiple Sybian devices, I decided it was time to create my own from scratch. The bearings used are standard skateboard bearings, which have proven to be reliable and durable. My prototype incorporates a 3D printed spacer and pulleys powered by a motor salvaged from an old 14V cordless drill. However, the design files include details for a metal shaft and pulley, providing options for upgrading the build. The files labeled MoldPart1 to 4 contain the molds for the silicone top shells. To assemble the top, pour liquid silicone into the mold and create a flat base with the VS-TopFitting attached. While the silicone is still in its uncured state, press this fitting firmly into place, ensuring a snug fit that will withstand heavy use.
