Vibrating Machine Test This project is a proof of concept design, showcasing a simple machine capable of vibrating an object at a set frequency. The machine utilizes an offset axle to convert rotational movement into linear movement. The objective was to determine the maximum achievable frequency and identify potential issues. A Nema17 motor was chosen for its ease of setup and control. GN12 linear rails provided the necessary structure and base for the machine, enabling it to create a linear movement required for vibration. The offset axle measures 1mm, resulting in a 2mm vibrating range. Stay Up-to-Date New parts will be added regularly.
